Community Leagues,

We need your community to help us shape the future of mass transit in Edmonton, so please share this with the residents of your community.

The Mass Transit Network will change how Edmontonians move around the city, by bringing high speed bus transit to parts of the city where the LRT doesn’t go. Don’t worry, we aren’t changing the LRT lines. Instead we are adding special bus routes that work more like an LRT by running in dedicated lanes, using heated stations and getting priority over cars at intersections. These routes will connect the LRT lines to each other and serve new locations along the way.

The City is looking for feedback on Non-LRT Mass Transit approaches and technologies for the future (10-15 years). Your league and members of your community can get involved from October 3 - 28, 2022 through our online survey at: engaged.edmonton.ca/MassTransit.

We also are having four online workshops. Each workshop will dive into the details of a particular corridor. Please select the corridor (or date) you would like to join and a calendar invite will be sent to you with the Zoom link
